Arrests – Journalists

Sishil Sharma, editor of Bastar Bandhu, was arrested on 23 May 2020 and had an FIR registered against him in connection with his reporting on corruption in Kanker, Chhattisgarh. Sharma was later released on a personal bond of Rs. 5000.
