Attacks – Journalists

Tiruchirappalli based reporter Kathiravan and cameraman Sabastian of a Tamil TV news channel were brutally attacked by a gang of 50 persons for attempting to probe an alleged illegal mining activity in Karur district. The quarry was allegedly owned by a DMK legislator.
