Two persons have been booked by the Naupada police for allegedly making objectionable statements against Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj as well as several Hindu gods on social media. According to police, the complainant Ramesh Ambre said that a person posted a Facebook link to their WhatsApp group and on clicking on it he found that the accused had made several posts about the Maratha king and had written derogatory comments.
