Chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan has made it clear that government will amend the recent guidelines, issued by home department, that put in place several restrictions on journalists who are reporting on ministers and government officials. “Mediapersons expressed concerns over provisions of the guidelines. The government has decided to bring necessary amendments to the circular.
